Sessions built around your body, your schedule and where you're starting from. Coaching that keeps you going between sessions too.
No fads, no food rules you can't live with. Meal prep that fits a real week and simple answers to “what do I eat?”

Lauren was instrumental in helping me reach my athletic goals as an outrigger canoe racer. My first goal was to qualify for the Canadian outrigger canoe team. Through her expertise and unified approach to strength and endurance training, I was able to make the national team. Building on that success, Lauren's professional expertise helped me as a member of the Canadian 60+ age group crew that won a gold and two silver medals at the World Outrigger Canoe Sprint Championships in London, UK in 2022.
When it comes to personal fitness, finding the right trainer can make all the difference. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have found Lauren, owner of LollyB Fitness. Lauren is more than just a personal trainer — she is a guide, a motivator, and a constant source of positivity and support.
My husband and I are so thrilled to have found Lauren of LollyB Fitness. We both have very different needs and goals and Lauren has been able to cater our dual sessions to accommodate each of our individual needs. Lauren is not only highly professional and knowledgeable, but also a very kind and caring person. She has followed up with each of us to see how we are doing the day after a workout. We always look forward to our next session with her.

Three services from one person: one-on-one personal training, nutrition coaching, and a small skincare range. The point of them sitting together is that whoever writes your training knows what you're eating, and neither is guessing about the other.
Training is in Lauren's private home studio in Pittsboro, NC — a dedicated space, no crowds and no gym membership. Nutrition coaching runs either in person there or entirely online.
Thirty minutes, no obligation and no sales script. We talk through where you're starting from across training, food and skin, and pick the one thing worth changing first — which is yours to keep whether or not you book anything.
Lauren is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with nine years of experience in a private studio, and an ISSA Certified Nutrition Coach. She is not a registered dietitian: nutrition coaching here is practical food and habit guidance alongside training, not meal-plan prescription or medical nutrition therapy.
No. Training and nutrition each stand on their own, and plenty of people start with one. They do work better together, which is why nutrition costs less a month when it sits alongside a training package.
Training is $80 an hour, dropping to $75 on a 6-session package and $70 on a 12-session package. Nutrition coaching is $180 a month on its own, or $120 added to a training package. No memberships, no joining fees and no lock-in.
By asking. The Whipped Body Butter and Lip Balm aren't sold through a checkout here — email or DM Lauren and she'll sort it out with you directly.
A free 30-minute consult. We'll talk through training, food and skin, and pick one thing to change first.
